DELIVERY/RETURN POLICY

​Due to all orders being custom and handmade our processing times are 3-7 business days.

Please note that products can and usually will be processed much faster than the time periods stated above, and during sales and holidays it may take just a little longer. Business days exclude the weekends and holidays.

1. Shipping Cost & Method

We offer reasonable shipping fee in South Africa, and the price depends on your location & shipping method. Please check our price list below carefully so that you can choose a correct shipping option.

 

We use Paxi and Postnet to Postnet for our deliveries. The prices are as below:

Paxi:

-R60 for 7-9 business days

- R100 for 3-5 business days.

 

Postnet to Postnet:

-R109 for 2-3 business days

2. Shipping duration 

Shipping duration depends on your location. The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped. We do not dispatch your parcel during weekend or public holidays. Please note and then place your order on Friday or Weekends. We do not guarantee the exact arrival date or time as it depends on the courier company's own schedule. For this reason, we only shows the estimated delivery time, and hope you understand.

- The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped.

- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. There's no shipping service on weekends or public holidays.

- Shipping can be affected by traffic, construction, major roadblocks and detours, and accidents. All shipments can also be delayed by failed delivery attempt, high volumes (especially around holiday and peak sale periods including Black Friday & Christmas), national strike or any vehicle trouble.

Return & Exchange Policy

No returns or exchanges in general. 

 

Waist beads and bra straps are similar to underwear so we will not take in any returns, exchanges and no fixing or mending  of any waist beads will be done.

​

If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped we will happily exchange it. We do require to be notified of the damaged or wrong order within 24 hours or receiving  it.  Please email beadsbysaru@gmail.com in this case. There will be no delivery fee to send it back to us.

We are not responsible for products that read as delivered from the courier tracking information or products that were delivered to the wrong address due to wrong information being provided.
